Tortuga Travel was started January 1995 by Nancy Pugh who had, at that time, had about 15 years in the travel industry. With the addition of 5 more agents the combined travel experience exceeds 100 years. Over 50 countries have been visited by Tortuga Agents.Our extensive knowledge enables us to help our clients make the correct vacation decision.We are particularly strong in the following areas: Adventure, Cruising, Europe, Africa and the Caribbean.We are designated specialists in the following destinations: Bermuda, Ireland, Australia, the Caribbean and Britain.We have had first hand experience in adventure travel in the following destinations: Mt. Kilimanjaro, Machu Picchu, Austria, Switzerland and the Mt. Blanc Circuit.We have done quite a bit of group travel particularly family and church groups in the 30-50 people range. Family reunions have been very strong the past couple of years. Cruising being the most popular as it offers
a wide variety of options that appeal to all age groups.
